The BBC is a rich source of resources for creative endeavours. Photography, as one of the most popular creative activities on the planet is well catered for.
The Photography Portal offers something for everyone, whatever their level of expertise. There are tips on how to take better photographs, masterclasses from Tom Ang and various galleries to inspire.
You can also your historical images to the extensive gallery online. In these days of family history mania, this is a good move by the Beeb.
On of my favourites is the Genius of Photography Gallery, linked to the TV series of the same name. Its a great lace to start learning about the history of the art and about many of its most famous artists.
