This is my latest upload to my RedBubble gallery. I took it with a Nikon D80, lent to me by a friend. I was trying out various lenses and this one was taken on a Sigma APO DG 70 - 300mm f4 - f5.6 zoom.
I love the detail on the stem that the lens has picked out... I am impressed with the AF of the camera and the sharpness of the lens. This was taken without a tripod too... just hand held in daylight.
There was minor tweaking in iPhoto (levels and minimal sharpening, together with some increase in saturation).
